Discuss your vision, budget and timeframe with our team. If you are happy to go ahead, sign the purchase agreement and pay your refundable deposit.
Design and Approvals
Finalise the design of your project. Preliminary works start, including soil testing, council approvals and all that is required for your project to begin.
Site Works and Build
Site works and footings will begin at this stage. Your first progress payment is due to begin your 12 week build.
Build to Handover
The 12 week build gets complete with another 2 progress payments. Your property will then be being certified and a final payment due for handover.

We get a lot of questions about council approvals and what's involved. Our Pods are built to class 1A which is what council requires. We walk you through the approval process and if a town planner is needed we have a contact to work with you.Check out the SA council regulations on the link below for further information.

do you build to lock up? YES!
What is lock up?
What does lock up include?
What does lock up NOT include?
Lock up builds include the components that enable a home or studio to be lockable, even though they are not fully completed.
Items included are the wall and roof frames, brace board, the floor system, windows, doors and gutters.
There is another stage to include the plumbing and electrical work. Generally, we like one trade to complete the job and not job share with another trade halfway through. We are open to using your own trades at our site.
Interior linings, any fixtures or fit outs throughout the house, delivery, site works, connection of services to mains (electrical, water or sewage).
Each build is unique, with owners needing varying levels of completion. We are happy to collaborate to achieve a lock up level that meets everyone's requirements.
